This policy explains how MEGHR Ltd ("MEGHR", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit meghr.limited or get in touch with us. We keep the data we hold to a minimum and never sell it.

• Client project data. When we work with a client under a separate agreement, any personal data we process on their behalf is governed by that agreement, in which the client is the controller and MEGHR acts as processor.

• To respond to you and discuss potential or ongoing work — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To operate and secure the site — our legitimate interest in running a safe, functional website.
